What is so fabulous about blogging? Having an infinite creative outlet, being able to draw inspiration from other amazing bloggers, and creating a scrapbook of ideas to take with me throughout life.
How long have you been blogging? Why did you start? I only made my foray into the blogging world in February this year. I had joined an online group of Fat Fighting girls, many of whom were bloggers themselves. I didn’t know such a world existed and was instantly fascinated by all the amazing blog creations out there! So I took a leap into the unknown and fell for something new: blogging at FoxyFallsFor!
Where do you find your blogging inspiration? Here, there and everywhere! Mostly from the broader blogging world, but also my day-to-day life, hopes and dreams for the future, and the countless magazines that keep stockpiling on my coffee table!
How do you get your blog looking so good?? HTML code, templates, labels, say whaaaat?! I had no idea about any of the design features that come with blogging – so a lot of trialling (and way more errors) brought me to where I am now. I still feel like such an amateur and am constantly tweaking and fine tuning, and browsing more and more blogs to see how the pros do it!
What's your blog mainly about? As the name suggests, FoxyFallsFor is primarily a blog about all the things I have fallen in love with. It covers the four broad topics of interior decorating/DIY, weight management and cooking, travel and fashion.
Favourite blog you've discovered on Blog This? I only recently discovered BlogThis through a lovely friend Adalita from Fatty Fin To Skinny Minnie – but have since stumbled upon so many new and creative blogs! Most recently I’ve enjoyed reading Megan’s The Stockport Hotel blog and gushing over Mummy Crafts adorable craftwork!
Travel destination you must, must visit? Well…good timing…I'm about to jet off to EUROPE for a seven week holiday! This has been a dream of mine since I was 12 and started my first French class at high school. I studied French through secondary school and university and have put the entire country on a pedestal ever since. I cannot wait to get over there and see for myself all the amazing and wonderful sites that belong to Europe – and coming home and blogging all about it!
Favourite thing to do on a lazy Sunday? The best Sundays are those spent at home, whipping up an awesome brekkie (my fav meal of the day), lounging around the house in my PJs till well after noon, sprawled over the couch half-watching movies - whilst tapping away on my laptop discovering new and wonderful things to fall for!
What are you passionate about? The usual suspects: growing and nurturing my love, respecting and enjoying my family, working for a reason I believe in, trying to look at the bigger picture….and often failing miserably!
